DESCRIPTION:ComSciCon is a unique professional development experience\, which will provide graduate student attendees with a fantastic opportunity to convene in Boston\, MA to meet young leaders in the communication of science\, learn from and interact with a remarkable group of invited experts\, and produce an original work communicating complex technical concepts from science and engineering to a new audience. \nAttendance at ComSciCon is limited to current (or recently graduated) graduate students in residence at US or Canadian institutions. International students who study at US and Canadian institutions are gladly welcomed. We unfortunately cannot accept students traveling to this event from outside the US or Canada. Recent graduates must have graduated no earlier than December 2019. \nApplication\, registration\, and attendance at the workshop is free of charge for accepted applicants. Full or partial travel support will be provided to accepted applicants from the US or Canada who would need to travel to the Boston area\, and housing nearby to the conference venue will be provided. \nApply by March 1st 2020 \nApply Now
