2020 Travel Award

Are you a trainee who wants to showcase your regenerative medicine/cellular therapy related research at a local, national or international conference in 2020? If so, we want to help you get there with a $750 CAD travel award!

To apply applicants need to complete and submit the online BCRegMed Trainee Travel Award Application (below). As part of this application, you also will be asked to upload the scientific abstract that you submitted to the conference. Please complete the BCRegMed Trainee Travel Award application immediately after you submit your Conference registration and abstract.

Successful applicants (and their respective PI) will be notified within 4 weeks after submitting their application. They will also be encouraged (but not required) to submit a 500 word summary/report after their conference that could be featured in an upcoming BCRegMed Newsletter publication!

Please note that:

  • A BCRedMed Trainee Travel Award can be used for any aspect of registration, accommodation, or travel for your conference.
  • There is no limit to the number of prizes that can be awarded to any single conference.
  • A trainee can only win a BCRedMed Trainee Travel Award once per calendar year.

Congratulations to our 2018 BCREGMED travel award recipients! BCREGMED is proud to support and sponsor local trainees.
